Review the following risks before using SolonPad. This list is not exhaustive.

  • Smart contracts. All operations are executed by smart contracts. A defect in a contract can result in a loss of funds. Confirmed transactions cannot be reversed.
  • Coin prices. Coins launched on SolonPad are highly volatile and can lose all of their value.
  • Payouts are not guaranteed. Payouts are funded solely by trading fees. If there is no trading, there are no payouts. Rates displayed on the site reflect the past 7 days only and do not indicate future payouts.
  • Stock tokens are not shares. Stock tokens do not confer shareholder rights. Proof of reserves covers on-chain token reserves only. It does not verify that the issuer of the Robinhood Chain stock token holds the underlying shares.
  • Cross-chain routes. Mints and sells are settled between Arc and Robinhood Chain. A route can be delayed or fail. If a purchase fails, the refund is based on the amount actually returned, which may be less than the amount sent.
  • Redemptions. A redemption passes through Circle CCTP, Ethereum and the official Robinhood Chain bridge. Its completion time is an estimate and can be longer when any of these is delayed.
  • Redeeming for USDG. If you redeem for USDG through a direct contract call, the stock is sold at the Robinhood Chain pool price with no minimum amount.
  • Market closures. Price feeds stop updating while the market is closed. The site does not accept new mint or sell orders during that time, but the stock hub does not check the oracle price. An order submitted directly to the contract is executed at the prevailing Robinhood Chain pool price, which can differ materially from the last closing price. The only protection is the minimum amount you specify.
  • Third parties. USDC, USDG, the Robinhood Chain stock tokens, Chainlink, Circle CCTP, LayerZero and the bridges are operated by third parties. Their failure is outside SolonPad's control.
  • Governance. Parameter changes proposed by governance are subject to a timelock of at least 48 hours. The guardian can pause new stock mints and lower limits with immediate effect. Governance can introduce an eligibility check for payouts with at least 48 hours' notice.
  • Restricted regions. See Restricted regions.
