Terms of Service
Effective 2026-09-19. Using solonpad.fun, its APIs or the published tooling constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Eligibility
The services are not available to persons or entities in the United States, China, or jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions, nor to persons on any sanctions list. Accessing the services through a VPN, proxy, or direct contract call from a restricted jurisdiction is a knowing violation of these terms.
2. Non-custodial protocol interfaces
SolonPad publishes interfaces — a website, APIs, and an open-source tool repository — to smart contracts that you operate with your own wallet. SolonPad never holds your keys or funds and cannot reverse, cancel, or recover a transaction you sign. Every value-moving action shows its parameters, including the on-chain enforced minimum, before your wallet signs; you are responsible for reviewing them. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
Interface fees are collected inside open-source contracts: 0.5% on the quote leg of aggregated and cross-chain trades, and the pool fees disclosed on each launch. Third-party protocols reached through the interfaces — bridges, solvers, DEX pools, RPC providers — are outside SolonPad's control; their fees, latency, failures, and refund semantics are theirs.
3. Data services and verdicts
Indexed data, factsheets, charts, and rule-based verdicts are convenience views of public chain state and third-party sources. Fields marked unavailable are unknown, never zero. Verdicts are calibrated rule outputs, not investment advice, not a safety guarantee, and not a recommendation to transact. Verify anything you rely on against the chain; the tool repository documents how.
4. x402 pay-per-call services
Paid endpoints state their exact price in each HTTP 402 response. Payment is a USDC authorization you sign; settlement occurs on-chain via a third-party facilitator. Successful delivery of the described data — including an annotated partial result, a confirmed-missing report, or an empty page — is billable at the full flat price. A request rejected before verification is never charged. After a payment settles there are no refunds. If a payment outcome is ambiguous (a timeout is not proof of failure), do not pay again; reconcile the recorded identifiers first.
5. RPC credit voucher
One dollar purchases 10,000 metered JSON-RPC calls across the four supported chains, delivered as a bearer voucher. The server stores only the voucher's SHA-256 hash: whoever holds the plaintext can spend it, and a lost plaintext is unrecoverable. Once a call is forwarded to an upstream provider it is charged, including calls the provider answers with an error. The voucher tier carries no SLA, no websocket service, and no archive-depth guarantee. Rate limits and method policies are published on the RPC page and may change for unconsumed capacity with notice on that page.
6. Service changes and availability
Free endpoints, indexing coverage, and interface features may change or be withdrawn. Paid-endpoint prices apply per request at the price stated in that request's 402 response. The services are provided as-is, without warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolonPad's aggregate liability for claims arising from the services is limited to the amounts you paid to SolonPad's x402 endpoints in the thirty days preceding the claim. SolonPad is not liable for losses caused by third-party protocols, wallets, RPC providers, market movements, or transactions you signed.
