Lending
The Lend section (/lend) runs on the canonical Morpho deployment on Arc. Market parameters are immutable once created, and every figure on the pages is a live chain read.
Earning with USDC
- SolonLend vault: deposit USDC into the SolonLend vault; the vault supplies the stock markets. The performance fee is 10%, charged on interest only, never on the principal.
- Third-party vaults: curated Morpho vaults already running on Arc are listed with their current assets and estimated net APR. They are run by third-party curators, not by SolonPad; the page is an interface to them, not an endorsement.
- Direct market supply: you can also supply USDC straight into any single listed market and earn that market's supply rate.
- Withdrawals are limited by each market's free liquidity: USDC lent out to borrowers can only be withdrawn as it is repaid or as other lenders deposit.
Borrowing
- The SolonPad market takes NVDA.sol stock as collateral and lends USDC at up to 62.5% of the collateral's value (the LLTV).
- The other listed markets were created by third parties: their parameters and oracles were chosen by their creators.
- Interest accrues continuously at the market's borrow rate, which moves with utilization.
Health and liquidation
- The liquidation price of a position is debt ÷ (collateral × LLTV): the collateral price at which the position becomes liquidatable.
- The position pages show health as the share of the borrow limit in use. Above 90% it is marked red.
- When a position crosses the line, anyone may repay its debt and seize collateral in exchange, with a liquidation incentive set by the market's LLTV.
- If a liquidation completes below the debt, the shortfall is bad debt and the loss falls on that market's suppliers.
- Every liquidation in the listed markets is on the Liquidations page (/lend/liquidations), read straight off the chain.
Oracle and market hours
- The stock market's price source is operated by the protocol: there is no third-party stock feed on Arc yet. When one lands, a successor market with that feed will be created and announced.
- Stock prices freeze at Friday's close while the US market is closed. A Monday gap can move a position straight to the liquidation line; borrow with buffer before weekends.
