Governance
- After the deployment window closes, contract changes go through a timelock with a minimum delay of 48 hours.
- The proposer is a 3-of-5 multisig. The guardian is a 2-of-3 multisig.
- The guardian can only restrict activity: it can pause new stock mints, lower limits, or cancel a queued change.
SolonLend
Lending runs on Arc's canonical Morpho singleton 0x34CD04070dD72b14E241112F6d83812Df5Af7fCD (owner: Morpho DAO) — not SolonPad code. SolonPad wrote one contract: SolonLendOracle 0xF48E05c437B27BD447c443847947C186eD3DdcC2 (immutable, Sourcify-verified). The deposit vault 0xD02ece663C03D2786033140c77BB71d85f552b0c and its adapter 0x6B75F2EE61Fe51443697b736fB685784d6b63F68 are instances created by Morpho's official factories; the pinned skill's verify.mjs proves their provenance on-chain (VERIFY.md §LEND).
